The purpose of this study is to examine effect of the role ambiguity on job satisfaction in a super deluxe hotel environment. Result indicate that; the role ambiguity has different results according to the feature of statistics of population in a hotel; the role ambiguity was analyzed with the fact that has different results according to general job characteristics; the role ambiguity is related to job satisfaction as a negative effect. Other result suggest a negative relationship between the role ambiguity and job performance, and that job performance medicates effects of the role ambiguity on satisfaction.
