Nowadays, people look at many symbols and logomarks of companies on the printing and television. The symbol marks stay in our memories and many people like some of the symbols. Symbol marks of companies are criticized in beauty, ugly or specific. In this thesis, symbol marks are criticized by Ying-Yang on Fungshui. Ying-Yang of symbol marks foresee the symbol marks before of being designed them whether the the form are lucky or inauspicious. Almost of all symbol marks of companies are designed with circle, rectangle and triangle. The basic form has its specific meaning. For example, circle form has meaning of Friday, west, gold and white color. In Ying-Yang, triangle is Tuesday, fire, south and red color. Each form is assembled with each other and it makes a symbol mark for representing of a company`s image. The symbol marks are criticized by Ying-Yang on Fungshui.
