      This study is to have measured the breakdown voltage into non-shorting after forming by anodizing from film thickness 1000Å to 8000A. As a result of this the breakdown voltage have widely been distributed in a forming voltage, and the relation of andodizing voltage and breakdown voltage has had a close one, and that have invested the electron fild strength by thickness.
      By the upper facts that the breakdown voltage by thickness is in inverse proportion to thickness.
