茶山의 行政改革硏究 = The study on Da-san's public administration reform

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As stated before, Da-San(the greatest korean scholar) maintains that his first goal be the reform through public administration among his thougts and ideas.
First of all, The important focus he has are to constract the healthy dynastic system by changing the bureautic's values, attues, and motives toward the good direction.
The theoretical methods of practicing his thoughts and ideas are as follows.
First, Those are to be rational.
Second, Those are to be practical. It is related to practical science(Realism).
But The reformistic thoughts are not attracted by the Executives. It is a pitty
If his thoughts had been accepted by Royal Court, She(our country) could have advanced national development.
Notwithstanding, His thoughts and ideas become the model of practical and administrative thought. It needs not to mention again that the modified thoughts ideas of his are able to promise the developement of our public administration.
