친환경 항만개발과 관리 요인에 관한 실증연구 = A Study on the Affecting Factors to the Eco-friendly Ports management

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the factors important to defining eco-friendly ports and provides a guide to port management and policy makers. The study undertook a postal survey and used PCA(Principle Component Analysis) and CFA (Common Factor Analysis) to examine the results. The findings can be summarized as follows. Firstly, it is shown in the study that the location of the port is critical to protect against water pollution and negative impacts on the welfare of local residents. Secondly, it is urgent to develop eco-friendly technology for the yard and ship to shore equipment. Thirdly, the long term policy should support the development of eco-friendly port development and operations.
