유아교사가 인식하는 일과 삶의 균형이 직업행복감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 인식하는 일과 삶의 균형이 직업행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 유아교사의 일과 삶의 균형과 직업행복감의 중요성을 재조명하는데 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 전라남도와 광주광역시에 소재하고 있는 유아교육·보육기관의 유아교사 304명을 대상으로 약 3주간 설문을 실시하고 수집된 자료를 토대로 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 일과 삶의 균형 수준은 전반적으로 다소 낮은 수준이며, 직업행복감은 전반적으로 보통 수준이었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 일과 삶의 균형과 직업행복감은 전체와 모든 하위요인이 유의미한 정적 상관을 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 유아교사의 일과 삶의 균형이 직업행복감에 미치는 영향을 탐색한 결과, 유아교사의 일과 삶의 균형은 전체 직업행복감에 46% 설명력을 갖는 유의미한 변인인 것으로 나타났으며, 일-성장균형과 전반적 평가 순으로 직업행복감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 ‘유아교사’의 직업적 특성을 중점적으로 반영하여 직업행복감 증진과 일과 삶의 균형을 향상시킬 수 있는 실제적 지원을 제공할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to look into the effect of early childhood teachers’ balance between work and life on their occupational happiness. An untact survey method is employed to collect data from 304 early childhood teachers who have worked in Jeollanam-do and Gwangju. Based on multiple regression analysis, the result indicates that the two variables used in this research are significantly correlated. Work-life balance has statistically significant impacts on their occupational happiness. In other words, it turns out that work-life balance are critical variables in explaining the occupational happiness of early childhood teachers. Based on the findings, the study suggests that early childhood teachers should balance work-life to promote a sense of occupational happiness. In addition, in order to promote the occupational happiness of early childhood teachers, reflecting the occupational characteristics of ‘early childhood teachers’, a combination of work-life balance is needed, and policy support and social support are needed.
