Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of being at the boundary of elementary school by looking into the culture created through the life of elementary school sports instructors.
Methods: I collected recollection records related to the life of after-school sports instructors, field journals, reflective journals, and interviews with three after-school sports instructors who share experiences. The data were described through critical analysis and interpretation of major events revealed through the process of integrating the process of reconstruction of repetitive meaning into our culture in my life.
Results: Becoming an elementary after-school sports instructor: The process of recruitment, Living as a sports instructor: Reality and difficulties and conflicts, Continuing the life of an instructor: Concerning whether it will be sustainable, Living as a sports instructor: Identifying their lives as anxious and unclear educators in the school, which were selected by the needs of the elementary school as an interpretation.
Conclusion: Life as a sports instructor is my choice, and I think it is a part of our lives and labor for a life to be improved, although the appearance of our friends who are experiencing difficulties in school may seem shabby.,It is necessary to re-examine the after-school sports instructor system of all internal and external persons related to physical education from a new perspective.
