정보기술 아키텍처 성과에 미치는 영향 요인에 대한 연구 : 범정부 관점 대비 기관 관점 비교 = Study to compare EA success factors in terms of government-enterprise level vs. individual organizational level.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Korean government has successfully implemented Enterprise Architecture(EA) principle to optimize e-Government resource management. Only a few study suggested empirical analysis results regarding success factors for e-Government's successful EA implementation, and yet few study has consulted empirical study to compare EA success factors in terms of government-enterprise level vs. individual organizational level. This empirical study aims to suggest EA success factors and their effect for both government-enterprise level and individual organization level. Study results show that factors such as 'EA model' and 'EA regulations' directly affect government-enterprise wide EA performance, while those factors indirectly affect EA performance in individual organizational level.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라 정부는 전자정부 및 국가 정보화의 거버넌스 도구로 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처를 활용해 왔으며, 지속적으로 EA 도구를 적용하여 자원관리의 효율화를 기하고 있다. 이러한 정부 차원의 노력과 더불어 학술적 관점에서 EA 성공요인을 연구하는 여러 연구들이 수행되어 왔으나, 개념적인 수준에서 성공요인을 제시하는데 그치고 있는 경우가 많다. 또한 범정부 차원에서 그치지 않고 개별 기관 차원에서의 EA에 미치는 성공요인에 대한 연구가 전무하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 범정부 차원과 개별 기관 차원에서의 EA 성공에 미치는 요인을 정의하고 통계적 데이터를 기반으로 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 EA 관리 시스템이 범정부와 기관차원에서 EA 성공에 미치는 직접적인 요인으로 나타났으며, EA 모델은 범정부 차원에서는 직접적인 요인으로 나타난 반면, 기관 차원에서는 간접적인 요인으로 나타나 차이점이 있음을 제시하였다.
