    This study was examined how to think about credentialism within employed college graduates in South Korea. And it`s the relationship between income and employment decisions were analyzed. To do so, making a distinction between men and women. Investigate and examine the influence of each variable, in this study, multiple regression model was applied. The findings in male and female groups were recognized the importance of foreign language proficiency. Credentialism in South Korea was recognized as important and also relevant. In other words, the importance of education(credential) for both men and women to influence their current income was giving.
