In the post Cold War world order through the subsequent process of globalization the international community was seeking the way [or solving the security problem through dialogue and cooperation. rather than ronmC! resolution through army due to the increases of interdependence and construction of network international order. The importance of the military diplomacy in this kind of international order is even more apparent and each country is pursuing a military transformation to strengthen the capacity of military diplomacy in order to promote the effect of the national security strategy. The concept of Military Diplomacy is nOl yet fimlly established but can be understood as the acth``ilies of the military affairs officials in the diplomatic area and the activities of the foreign affairs officials encompassing mili tary sector to achieve military and diplomatic objectives of the country. International political theory. military diplomacy is conSlructivist perspective that can convert awareness into positive affinity between liberal theory and gajina the couwy through military exchanges and cooperation have attracted attention. Korea Air Force shall set up a mili tar)`` diplomacy aims to meet the national and defense objectives, and expand potential panners in defense industry area and sophisticate military diplomacy strategy in the comprehensive security which is based on strengthened Korea-US alliance. Based on these goals. military diplomatic policy of KAFA should be determined through the analysis of military diplomatic environment by setting the policy benefits in the framewo rk of strengthening cooperation with the domestic related institutions and the international partners. [n addition, KAFA military diplomacy policy should be more concentrated on not only in the intelligence and operational sector but in the defense industry area.
