The airspace around the Republic of Korea can be classified as the airspace above its territory, KADlZ, KLIZ, Incheon FIR, P-73 & P-518/518E/518W Prohibited Area and so on. At the present lime. it is necessary to amend the certain rules vertically limitless in the highest altitude of KADIZ, KLlZ. Incheon FIR. P-73 & P-518/S18E/518W. therefore their maximum altilUde should be stipulated as ``Crom the surface to the airspace: in the military air law. [n addition, through the satisfacLOry debates and agreement among the states, it is advisable to set the delimitation between the airspace and the outer space around lOOkm from the surface in the form of multilateral treaty according 10 the theory of Lowest Orbital Perigee. However, it is adequate to provide the vertical limit of KADlZ, KLl Z, lncheon FIR. P-73 & P-518/518Fi518W Prohibited Area as ``from the surface to the airspace`` in the military air law in terms of national security, renecting the situation where the space is divided into the air space and the outer space according to the international law in rorce until the international agreement is formed about the boundary between the airspace and the outer space.
