간호 대학생의 환자와의 의사소통 경험 = Communication Experience of between Nursing Students and Patients

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study is to find out the nature of the experience that nursing students go through while communicating with the patients.
Methods: Collected data were analyzed, using Qualitative research method and Van Kamm's phenomenological method. The subjects were 12 third year nursing college students who had clinical practices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and open, non -structural questions.
Results: 17 sub-themes and 7 themes were elicited from 40 significant statements. they were classified into 2 categories: 'Helpful experience for communication' and 'Disturbed experience for communication'.
Conclusion: Communication skills are important in nursing. Based on the results of this study, a systematic training is required to make nursing students better communicators.
