다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

The purpose of this dissertation s to study the S no-Korean Transcriptions n HyangYakChaeChwiWolLyeong.
This paper is to decipher the Korean Names(鄕藥名) transcribed in Sino-Korean transcriptions in HyangYakChaeChwiWolLyeong, to demonstrate how the Sino-Korean transcriptions corresponds to Sino-Korean Pronunciations, and investigate how the sounds of Chinese characters projects Sino-Korean Pronunciations.
Korean people used a Chinese character(漢字) in many ways prior to the invention of HunMinJeongEum. So understanding a Chinese character(漢字) and the sounds of Chinese characters is essential to gain a general idea of ancient Korea and study of Sino-Korean.
Ever since Sino-Korean Pronunciations was recorded in a phonetic symbol in 15th century, Sino-Korean Pronunciations has been a good resource for the study of the sounds of Chinese characters. Korean Names data was recorded previous to, during and after the invention of HunMinJeongEum, therefore it is qualified to study the sounds of Chinese characters.
I want to contribute to the studies of Ancient Korean by investigating the sounds of Chinese characters as projected in Korean Names. This study contains four sections as follows:
First, I deciphered the Korean Names of HyangYakChaeChwiWolLyeong on the basis of studies of the Sino-Korean Transcription
Second, I compared the Sino-Korean Transcription from HyangYakChaeChwiWolLyeong with HyangYakKukeupPang and HyangYakJipSeongPang and explained the differences. Third, I compared the the Sino-Korean Transcription with a dictionary of classical Chinese explained in Korean(者典類) and a dictionary of a rhyme in Korean(韻書類)
which were written after the 15th century.
Fourth, I studied how deciphered Korean Names is projected into the sounds of Chinese characters in order to contribute to the existing phonological correspondence between the sounds of Chinese characters and Sino-Korean Pronunciations.
I expect that studying the sounds of Chinese characters would provide better understanding of how the sounds of words borrowed from a foreign language could be changed and settled, its the resulting effects on the Korean sound system. Through this, I expect that the structure of Sino-Korean could be reconstructed with more accuracy.
This paper has five chapters. Chapter 1 explains the purpose of this paper, the object of these studies, and the scope of the study. It also includes a review of previous studies and trends regarding the sounds of Chinese characters.
In chapter 2 I decipher the Sino-Korean Transcription in HyangYakChaeChwiWolLyeong. I also describe the System of Early Korean Writing(借字表記) and its usage. In particular I focus on EumCha(音借) in sections 2.2 and 2.3.
In chapter 3, I compare deciphered Korean Names with a dictionary of classical Chinese explained in Korean(字典類) and a dictionary of a rhyme in Korean(韻書類) which are written after the 15th century. The significance of this study is its comparison between non-official transmission the sounds of Chinese characters and standard the sounds of Chinese characters. I particularly explain the the sounds of Chinese characters phonologically and describe the sounds of Chinese characters relating to the System of Early Korean Writing.
In chapter 4, I compare the Sino-Korean Transcription with the sounds of Chinese characters. Initially, I describe how the sounds of Chinese characters is projected into Sino-Korean Pronunciations which is the Sino-Korean Transcription, in particular I focus on finding distinctive aspects of the Sino-Korean Transcription which are projected into itself.
In chapter 5, I discuss some problems of these studies which were revealed during the course of my research, and suggest a way of studying the sounds of Chinese characters using the Sino-Korean Transcription.
