다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this study was to develop a preventive education program for early childhood abuse. Resides an extensive review of literature, the procedures included content validation and interview with teachers in daycare center and counselors in counseling agency for the abusing parents and their children. Based on ecological viewpoint, prevention program for the parents of early childhood was developed reading material with pictures and photography, titled, `Don`t Abuse, Daddy and Mam`. A total of 7 items, 23 subjects in 9 major areas were developed, 9 areas included : role of parents, parent`s educational views, parent`s child-rearing attitudes, home atmosphere, characteristics of child development, theory of child abuse and neglect, characteristics of abusing parents, characteristics of neglected and abused children, and various supporting system for child-rearing and education. Developed program supported the effectiveness of preventive education on potential abuse of early childhood.
