유아교사의 디지털 교육 관련 교사 교육 경험 여부에 따른 디지털 놀이 지원 역량의 중요도-실행도 분석(IPA) = Importance-Performance Analysis of Early Childhood Teachers’ Competencies for Supporting Digital Play Based on Experience with Digital Education Training

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 교육 관련 교사교육 경험 여부에 따른 디지털 놀이 지원 역량의 중요도와 실행도를 조사하고, 디지털 놀이 지원 역량 향상을 위한 우선적인 지원 방안을 모색해 보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울ㆍ경기 지역의 유치원 및 어린이집에 근무 중인 317명의 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 대응표본 t-검증과 IPA 분석을 통해 분석하였다. IPA 분석 결과, 교사 교육 경험이 없는 교사는 디지털 놀이 지원 전문성, 공간 구성, 개인정보 보호 역량 개발이 우선적으로 필요하며, 교육 경험이 있는 교사는 유아의 콘텐츠 선호 이해와 저작권ㆍ권리 존중 지도 역량 강화가 요구되었다. 이러한 결과는 교사 교육 경험에 따라 교사에게 맞춤형 지원이 필요함을 시사하며, 경험이 없는 교사에게는 기초 교육과 행정적 지원 경험이, 경험이 있는 교사에게는 심화 교육과 사례 기반 토론 기회 제공이 우선적으로 필요함을 제안한다.

This study investigated the importance and implementation of early childhood teachers’ competencies in supporting digital play activities, based on their experience with digital education training, and explores priority strategies for enhancing these competencies. To achieve this, a survey was conducted with 317 teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions, and the collected data were analyzed using paired t-tests and IPA analysis. IPA analysis revealed that teachers without experience in digital education training need to prioritize developing competencies in digital play support, space arrangement, and data privacy protection, while teachers with training experience require strengthening their abilities in understanding children’s content preferences and guiding respect for copyrights and rights. These results suggest that tailored support is necessary for teachers depending on their training experience. Specifically, teachers without experience require foundational training and administrative support, while those with experience need advanced training and opportunities for case-based discussions.
