산후 우울 수준에 따른 어머니의 양육스트레스와 부부갈등이 긍정적 양육행동에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Maternal Parenting Stress and Marital Conflict on Positive Parenting Behavior by Levels of Postpartum Depression

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 생후 4개월 영아를 둔 어머니를 대상으로 산후우울, 양육스트레스, 부부갈등이 긍정적 양육행동에 미치는 영향을 다집단 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 특히 산후우울 수준에 따라 양육스트레스와 부부갈등이 양육행동에 미치는 영향이 어떻게 달라지는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양육스트레스와 부부갈등은 모두 긍정적 양육행동에 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 양육스트레스는 산후우울 수준 집단에서 유의한 영향을 보였으나, 부부갈등은 집단에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 어머니의 산후우울 수준에 따라 양육스트레스와 부부갈등이 양육행동에 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타남을 보여준다. 따라서 효과적인 영아기 부모 지원을 위하여 어머니의 정신건강 상태를 고려한 맞춤형 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study examined the effects of postpartum depression, parenting stress, and marital conflict on positive parenting behavior among mothers of 4-month-old infants using a multi-group structural equation modeling approach. In particular, the study aimed to investigate how the impact of parenting stress and marital conflict on parenting behavior differed depending on the level of postpartum depression. The findings were as follows. First, both parenting stress and marital conflict had significant negative effects on positive parenting behavior. Second, while parenting stress significantly affected parenting behavior across all groups, the effect of marital conflict varied depending on the level of postpartum depression. These results suggest that the influence of parenting stress and marital conflict on parenting behavior differs according to maternal postpartum depression levels. The study highlights the need for tailored interventions that take maternal mental health status into account in order to effectively support parents during the early stages of child-rearing.
