농업계 고등학교 학생들의 생활지도 방안 = Current Status of and Future Directions for the Guidance In the Agricultural High School

The objectives of the study were to clarify the concept of guidance, to investigate the current status of guidance in the agricultural high school, and to suggest the directions of guidance in the agricultural high school. In order to accomplish these objectives, Such methods as literature review and interview etc. were used. Major results identified in this study were as follows; 1) domains of guidance were classified personal guidance, educational guidance and vocational guidance; 2) domains of guidance services were classified students’ inventory services, information services, counselling, placement services, follow-up services; 3) personal guidance, educational guidance and vocational guidance in the agricultural high school have been not systematically well implemented; 4) In order to improve these problems, 'Model for Guidance in the Agricultural High School', and some alternatives were suggested.
