The purpose of the study is not only to introduce Dynamic Embodiment® but also to explore the significance of integrated education inherent in Dynamic Embodiment. In this study, BARRE, the core con-cepts in Dance somatics, was used to practice Fluid Exercise one of the warm-up exercises in BMD`s 6 phases developed by Martha Eddy, and I analyzed Fluid Exercise with “OSO” model. As a result, the research participants could adjust their movements through perceiving their body and achieve great expressiveness in an bal-anced state of body, mind, and emotion. The Fluid Exercise helped the participants to improve posture, movement and behavior under the in-tegrated education related to somatic movement in ballet class.
