17세기의 프랑스 수사학과 문체적 학설에 대한 제(諸) 문제 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to describe a rhetorics and stylistic principles of 17e century, specially roles of rhetorics, oration, bon usage and style, genre of style, notions of style and figure. In first part we inquired into the ideas of rheroric and stylistics, the elocution(style and figure), elements of style, rhetorics in school n traditional and original concepts in the ancient rhetoriciens.
And second part interests in three elements of ‘genera dicendi', sublime style, simple style, poor or moderate style that are described by Cicero, and the qualities of style consists of the purty, property and adaptation of language. And the third part is devoted to the style and passion, i.e., observations on psychological style, the metaphor, absraction, etc.
To close this study our remark to note is that 17 century's rhetorics and stylisctics are based on cartesien rhetorics, second remark is the idea that we find his rhetorics, in particular, rhetoric and oration influences to the concepts or definitions of
rhetorics(Century of Lumiers) and education of composition of of 19th century.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 시기적으로 17세기를, 주요 내용으로는 17세기 학교교육에서의 수사학의 역할, 웅변술, 수사학의 죽음과 재탄생이라는 이념논쟁, 관용어법과 문체, 문체 요소들, 문체 장르, 문채(수사법) 등을 근간으로 선택하고 있다. 이러한 연구에서 다루는 문체 이론들에 관한 주제는 17세기의 수사학 저서뿐만 아니라, 당시의 작가들이 작품 속에 담아냈던 담론을 통한 문체론의 정체성을 밝히는 데에 있다. 본 연구의 주요 주제로는 (1) 전(前) 문체론의 학문인 학교 수사학의 역할, (2) 17세기 문체를 이해하기 위한 수사학에서의 웅변술의 개념과 예술적 표현, (3) 수사학과 시학의 통일성, (4) 수사학 교육의 반대와 옹호 관한 논쟁: 수사학의 죽음과 재탄생, (5) 문체 구성요소, (6) 낱말들, 관용어법의 개념과 사용, (7) 문체의 장르들 : 장엄한 문체. 탁월한 문체, 고전적 절제, (8) 문채와 정념passion : 문채의 심리학적 고찰, (9) 은유(법), 비유 언어, 추상성 등이다.
