The purpose of this study aims to investigate the effects of convention servicescape and urban image on the behaviour intention. From 29th March to 7th April in 2013, total 300 questionnaires were distributed to visitors of Spring Flower Show on Kim Daejung Convention Center of Kwang-Ju City. Though 300 questionnaires were distributed, we finally used 294questionnaires after excluding 6 questionnaires with incomplete or insincere answers. Collected data were statistically analyzed using the package programs of SPSS 20.0 for Windows, after the process of data coding. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis for correlation analysis were performed. The results of the study are as follows. First, convention service scape consisits of internal environmental factors and external environmental factors. Second, the internal and external environmental factors make immediate effects on satisfaction of visitors in Convention Center. Third, the internal and external environmental factors make effects on the intention of revisit. The result is in accordance with the practical implications, First, visitors will be ensure sufficient space to relax in the waiting time and place where such facilities guidance signs easy to find. Second, It should have an interest in the stability factors in order to improve the modern image, it seems that you need to promote it convenient accessibility in order to improve the dynamic image. Third, it is determined that in order to increase the degree of action of the visitor to have an interest in convenience factor.
