The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of the type of tourism-related high school on the structural relationship among education service quality, student satisfaction and loyalty. Data was collected from 572tourism- related high schools students living within in the Daegu and Kyoung-Gi areas. First, factors of education service quality were examined using exploratory factor analysis. Next, the measurement model including all constructs was examined using confirmatory factor analysis. Then, structural relationships among education service quality, student satisfaction and loyalty were examined using structural equation modeling. Finally. the moderating effects of the type of tourism-related high school on the structural relationships were examined. Results are as follows. First, education service quality was determined to consist of four factors such as expertise, responsiveness, tangibles and reliability. Second, tangibles and expertise were then found to influence student satisfaction while student satisfaction was found to influence loyalty. Third, there were the moderating effects of the type of tourism-related high school on the structural relationships among education service quality, student satisfaction and royalty. The effect of expertise on specialized high school student`s satisfaction was the strongest and the effect of tangibles on vacational high school students` satisfaction was the strongest. Academic and practical implications were suggested based on the results.
