지적 2014에 기반 한 한국 지적제도의 지속성에 관한 연구 = A study on the Sustainability of Korean Cadastral System based on Cadastre 2014

국문 초록 (Abstract)

FIG 7분과위원회에서 1994년 향후 20년 후의 지적제도의 발전 방향을 예측하고 미래 비전을 제시한 2014년이 도래하는 시점에서 지적 2014의 핵심 내용이라고 할 수 있는 6개의 성명(Statement)의 내용은 현재 우리나라의 지적제도에 관한 전반적인 수준을 검토하는데 유용한 고려요소가 되었다. 지난 20년은 지적 분야에서 많은 변화가 있었던 역동적인 기간으로 특히 한국의 지적제도 발전방향과 많은 부분이 일치한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 지적 2014의 내용 중에 한국지적제도의 미래지적 발전방향으로 설정되어야 할 부분을 조명해보고 향후 20년 후에 한국의 지적제도가 국제사회의 표준을 선도할 수 있는 세계 최고의 수준으로 발전하기 위한 미래 지적발전의 방향을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The year 2014 is the time when FIG commission 7 predicted development of Cadastre 2014 mainly presented visions for a future development of cadastral system in the all over the world. The main contents of Cadastre 2014 can be summarized as 6 statements. In this research the 6 statements has been applied as the consideration factors for examining the current Korean cadastral system. During the last 20 years we experienced a lot of changes and technical development in cadastral domain. Most of developments and achievements came into the same line with Cadastre 2014. However in some parts of Cadastre 2014 statements we have to address further to develop the current Korean cadastral system and lead international standards.
