고등학교 특수학급 교사의 전환교육에 대한 인식과 경험 = A Qualitative Inquiry on the Perception and Experience of Special Educators regarding Transition Education for Students with Disabilities in General High Schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 고등학교 특수학급교사들의 전환교육에 대한 인식과 경험에 대한 심층적인 면담을 통해 현재 진행되고 있는 전환교육에 대해 실태를 파악하고, 장애학생의 전환교육을 성공적으로 이끌 어 내기 위해 사용하고 있는 전략과 요구되는 지원욕구에 대해 밝혀보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적 하에 서울시 및 경기도에 소재한 고등학교 특수학급교사 10 인과의 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 면담내용에 대한 분석 결과, (1)특수학급교사의 전환교육에 대한 인식, (2)전환교육 실행에 대한 특수학급교사들의 경험, (3)특수학급 전환교육 향상을 위해 요구되는 지원들, (4)고등학교 특수학급학생들의 진로 현황이라는 4개의 주제와 12개의 하위주제를 도출하였다. 향후 고등학교 특수학급의 전환교육을 지원하기 위한 정책과 프로그램의 방향성을 제시하기 위해 각각의 연구결과들에 대해 구체적으로 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of transition education, and the strategies and the support needs of special educators, through interviewing with them for perception and experience on transition education for students with disabilities in general high school settings. A total of nine special educators participated and were interviewed individually. The scripts of interview were analyzed and the four themes and twelve subthemes were emerged. The themes emerged were (1) the perception of transition education, (2) the experience of transition education, (3) support needs for the improving implement of transition education (4) the situation of carrier education. Finally, several specific implications for the development of supports and programs of transition education in general high school settings based on the results were provided.
