특수교육 분야에서 본 현행 성인직업재활체계 및 서비스의 문제점과 앞으로의 개선 및 협력방안 = Examining the Current Condition of the Vocational Rehabilitation Systems and Developing the Ways of Improvement and Cooperative Relations for Promoting Vocational Rehabilitation and Special Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 우리나라 발달장애인들의 성공적인 직업적용을 위하여서는 학령기에 있는 발달장애학생을 대상으로 특수교육과 직업재활분야의 체계적인 협력을 통하여 발달장애학생들의 직업적용능력을 증진시키는 것이 매우 필요하다. 본 연구는 특수교육관점에서 본 직업재활서비스체계의 현재 모습을 고찰하고, 앞으로 직업재활분야에서 개선이 필요한 점과 그리고 특수교육과 직업재활분야의 협력방안들을 모색하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 직업재활기관의 서비스 대상과 시기에서 고려되어야 하는 점을 제시하고, 지역사회중심의 직업재활 서비스 체계의 필요성에 대해서 고찰하였다. 그리고 직업재활기관의 직업교육 내용과 방법에 대한 변화의 필요성과 적용방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 학령기 발달장애학생을 위한 특수교육과 직업재활의 협력체계 구축의 필요성과 방안에 대하여 모색하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current conditions of the vocational rehabilitation service systems from the perspective of special education, suggest some applications for the improvement of vocational rehabilitation, and identify some applications of collaborative teamworks between vocational rehabilitation and special education. The specific contents of the study were as follows: first, the participants and the critical period of vocational rehabilitation service systems were discussed. Second, the need and the advantages of community-based vocational rehabilitation service systems were examined in order to improve current vocational rehabilitation systems. Third, the contents and methods of vocational rehabilitation were examined and some applications were suggested. Finally, the ways of collaboration between special education and vocational rehabilitation were discussed in order to improve community-based vocational education programs for students with developmental disabilities.
