Safety and Health is the most important managed area under business environment. On this study, the safety and health regulation or law for Korean private industry is compared wity foreign country's law. The investigated area under safety and health law is as follows; the basic approach techniques about the safety and health law, the serving or advising method for private industry, the insurance for worker's compensations.
