『꽃피는 고래』에 나타난 크로노토프 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines that the main character Ni-eun tried to uncover the journey through the novel form and composition category, chronotope, through the problem of loss and exploring self-identity in the blooming whale. This study uses the concept of Bakhtin’s chronotope and examines that the chronotope expressed in the work plays an important role in the main character’s growth process, self-exploration, and self-identity formation. This study first, focused on the chronotope of loss and crying, and second, the chronotope of growth and healing, and explored the implications of literary education based on the interaction between the two chronotopes. In addition, the relationship between the materialized society and culture was discussed through the chronotopes that this work embodies. It was discussed that this perception acts as another chronotope in an interactive relationship. Through this study is intended to mean that the learner can have positive values and emotions through the power of multiplicity and pure memory through internal dialogue with various chronotopes.
