A total of 264 twin pregnancies, among 20335 deliveries, at the university of Yonsei Medical Center during 10 year period from Jan. 1, 1967 through Dec. 31, 1976, were reviewed to determine the effects of antenatal care on twin gestations in terms of maternal complications.
