쿠바 공적연금의 제도, 효과, 그리고 성격에 관한 연구 = A Study of Institution, Effectiveness, and Characteristics for Pension in Cuba

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyse the institution, effectiveness and characteristics in Cuba. Eventually these research explains the relationship between the system of social economy and pension system in the early stage of transition from the classical socialist system. The findings of this study are as follows. First there are three income security policies of social insurance, social assistance and the elderly’s labor. Second, the strengths of pension are the coverage and the redistribution, the weaknesses of that is the adequacy. Third, the characteristics of pension regime is Bismarckian one. As a result, there are no direct relationship between the pragmatic system of social economy and pension system in Cuba, in terms of pension reform like as the increase of pension age and contribution record from 2008 to 2015. The structural pension reform would not be realized until the transformation of post-socialist would be in Cuba.
