도심형 소규모 공동주택에서 공유공간 활성화에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Activation of Common Space in a Unbar Small Apartment House - Focused on the design experiment of Samleung julsatak -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is not to show common consciousness and communication in the apartment house in modern society. To solve this problem, we propose a common space in the apartment house. The spatial scope of the design experiment is the company of Samleung julsatak in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. We defined a small apartmen thouse and examined the concept of common space. In addition, we set up case analysis and design strategy for common space to propose a small apartment house and design a common space. Based on this plan, if villages are created and common, the whole village will be activated as one space.
