경도 정서·행동발달장애 학대아동 가족상담 사례연구: 근거이론을 중심으로 = A Case Study on Family Counseling of the Abused Children with Mild Emotional·Behavioral Developmental Disorder : Grounded Theory Approach

The purpose of this study is the recovery of family relationship, stop abuse and the stability of emotion and spirit of abused children through family counseling. This paper is a case study on counseling of domestic of child abuse. The participant is domestic of child abuse. The method of this study was a qualitative research around the grounded theory. The research was conducted in 8 sessions. 8 sessions consultations were observed and analyzed by open coding, axial coding, and coding selected. The core category of grounded theory approach analyzed causal condition, phenomenon, contextual condition, intervening condition, action/intervening, and consequence. The results of research were trying to solve a family problem, psychology stability of abused children, recovery of couple, and relearning need of family members. A sentence completion test and self-esteem test were analyzed the change and recovery of participant. The child showed big damage in response to the level of the pre-test, but the average is about 50% of the change and recovery from the post-test. In the pre-test father was 18 points, 16 points mother, but 27 points in posttest father, the mother was restored to the change of 24 points.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 부부관계 회복과 피해 학대아동의 정서적·정신적 안정을 통한 가족관계 회복이다. 본 연구는 아동학대 가족상담 사례연구이다. 연구대상자는 아동학대를 경험하고 있는 K군의 가족이다. 연구방법은 근거이론을 중심으로 질적연구이다. 연구는 8회기를 진행하였다. 8회기 상담내용은 개방코딩과 축 코딩과 선택코딩으로 관찰하고 분석하여 정리하였다. 근거이론의 핵심범주는 인과적 조건, 현상, 맥락적 조건, 중재적 조건, 행위/상호적용 전략, 그리고 결과를 분석했다. 근거이론의 분석결과는 K군의 심리적 안정과 부부관계 회복, 자녀학대 중단으로 인한 가족관계 회복과 노력을 재인식하였다. 연구결과의 객관성을 위해서 문장완성검사와 자아존중감 검사로 연구대상자의 변화와 회복을 비교했다. K군은 사전검사에서 심한손상의 수준으로 응답하였으나 사후검사에서 평균 50%정도의 변화와 회복이 된 것으로 나타났다. 자아존중감의 검사결과, 아버지는 사전검사 18점, 어머니는 16점이었으나 사후검사에서 아버지는 27점, 어머니는 24점으로 회복의 변화를 보였다.
