대학 학사관리시스템 설계 및 구현 : 수강신청 및 성적관리를 중심으로 = Design and Implementation of A Management system for University Academic Affairs:Focusing on Registration and Grades management

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 우리는 정보화 시대에 살고 있다. "유용한 정보를 먼저 획득하여 그에 대처하는 기업이 정보화 시대에는 최후의 승리자다"라는 말이 공공연히 나오고 있으며, "정보혁명"으로 불리는 급격한 변화 속에서 세계의 유수 기업들이나 정부 차원에서 생존전략으로써 "정보의 힘"을 기업경영 혹은 국가경영 현장으로 끌어들이려는 시도를 끊임없이 하고 있다.
대학간의 우수 학생 유치 경쟁이 날로 치열해지면서 대학 경쟁력 강화에 전력 투구가 이루어지고 있으며 무한 정쟁체제에 들어서고 있다. 대학 학사관리시스템은 대학의 각종행정 절차를 전산화하는 개념으로서, 최근 들어 각 대학별로 각종 행정업무 및 서비스를 효율화하고 만족도를 높일 수 있는 인사관리, 학사 및 학적관리, 수업 및 성적관리 등의 개별 시스템을 통합한 학사행성 정보시스템 구축·운영이 첨예의 관심사로 대두되고 있다.
행정 서비스에 대한 이용의 편의성, 정보공유의 용이성, 결재의 신속성이 요구되고 있으며, 처리의 소요시간 등의 지속적인 개선·보완이 필요한 시대이다. 따라서 다양한 교육행정의 변화에 대처하고 대학의 세계화, 전문화를 지원하는 시스템으로 학사관리시스템 중 본 연구에서는 수강신청과 성적관리를 중심으로 업무 분석단계로부터 설계 단계에 이르기까지 객체지향기술에 의한 설계를 하였다. 또한 구현단계에서는 on-line처리를 기준으로 데이터는 데이터 발생 부서에서 입력하며 학생, 교수, 교직원이 직접 처리 및 조회가 가능하도록 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

We are in the middle of the "Information Age". It's widely known that the final winner in this days and age is the one who finds valuable information and utilizes it better and sooner than other competitors. This digital revolution has lead businesses and governments to continuously pursue information technology for their survival strategy in this fast-changing world.
As it becomes more challenging to recruit high-quality students, colleges and universities are entering into the never-ending competition to attract new students as well as putting their best effort to improve their competitive power. The College Administration Management System allows colleges/universities to automate all aspects of school administration, including accounting, admissions, registration, student records, grades, attendance, and billing. The interest in implementing the system has been increased enormously high among every schools these days.
It is required for the system to provide the user-friendly interface, ease of information sharing and fast approval while improving the speed of the whole process. Therefore, as we face the revolution of educational administration, this research paper puts more focus on registration and grade in the College Administration Management System which was designed based on object oriented methods from the mission analysis to the actual design. In addition, the implementation was completed to perform the whole process on-line, which enables professors, staffs, and students to easily input and retrieve data. In other words, the information is entered directly to the system at the source of the information.
