창의경영학교 성공 요인 탐색

This study aims to explore the conditions of success in the creative school. Its ultimate goal is to contribute to effective school management by providing local schools with proper aspects of creativity and personality education, based on respective school management type. With this theme, this study covers the theoretical background of creative school, the model analysis of creative school management. Ultimately, the researchers endeavoured to provide a management strategy to improve creative school management by developing proper school management models. The results of this research are presented as follows. Firstly, this study reviewed the theoretical background and historical trajectories of creative school management. It pursues to explain the necessity and unique aspects of creative school from the theoretical perspectives and describe the historical trajectories through the previous Korean education policy. Secondly, this study developed management models in order to operate creative school. Also, as an operational model, educational process was divided into five categories: ‘participating curriculum’, ‘collaborative class’, ‘harmonious after-school activity’, and ‘interesting creativity activity’. The efforts from five agents, school principals, teachers, parents, community, and students, were emphasized as being necessarily important to improve creative school management. Finally, the internal and external factors of success were carefully reviewed and further conditions to lead successful creative school were also discussed in regard to curriculum, educators, community and collaboration among relevant institutions.
