국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 이러한 선행연구의 한계점을 기초로 ERP 시스템의 성공요인에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 분석하는데 있어서 기업환경 요인이라는 조절변수의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 즉 기업환경 요인에 따라 ERP 시스템의 성공요인과 사용자 만족도는 유의적인 차이가 있을 것이라는 기본 가정 하에 선행연구를 기초로 현실적인 분석모형을 도출하고 검증하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업의 환경에 적합한 ERP 시스템의 도입과 효율적인 활용으로 최종 사용자의 근로생활의 질의 향상에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과 급변하는 사회기술환경에 적응하기 위한 기업내 경영자원의 관리는 그 어느 때 보다도 중요하다 할 수 있다. 따라서 경영자원의 관리도 중앙집권적인 조직구조와 개발체계에서 분권화된 조직구조 및 사용자 중심의 자율적인 운영체계로 전환되어가고 있다. 이러한 자율적 운영체계는 정보기술의 발전으로 더욱 강화될 것으로 보인다. 이러한 정보자원의 효율적 관리는 오늘날 기업경영의 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있어 기업발전을 도모하기 위해서는 정보시스템의 일관성이 있는 조직구조의 설계와 이에 알맞은 경영관리활동이 조성되어야 할 것이다.

As the information technology has rapidly developed, Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP). This study was tested preview study definition basis ERP system This study is to verify the effect on the moderate variance of enterprise environment factor while analyzing the user‘s satisfaction on the success factors of ERP system on the basis of limitation on the previous study. Under the following hypothesis, this study introduced and verified the practical analytic model : the differences of success factors of ERP system and user‘s satisfaction at depend on the enterprise environment factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to serve the improvement of quality of working life by introducing ERP system which is suitable to the enterprise environment and its effective application. In order to adapt to the rapidly changing social technology environment, it is urgent that the management of managerial resource should be emphasized. Thus the management of managerial resource is being converted from the centralized organization structure and development system to the decentralized organization structure and autonomous operation system centered on user. This kind of autonomous operation system will be reinforced by the development of information technology. As the effective management of information resource takes on important part in the business management, the consistant plan of organization structure and its proper management surrounding must be made to develop the enterprise.
