수산도매업 정보화와 상대적 효율성 - 부산지역의 수산도매업을 중심으로 - = A Study on the Information and Measuring the Technical Efficiency in the Fishery Wholesale Industry- Focused on the Fishery Wholesale Industry in Busan -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study measures and evaluates the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in fishery wholesale industry of Busan by using the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) and Tobit models. The results of the relative efficiency analysis were found as 0.59 in the overall technical efficiency, 0.60 in the efficiency under the condition of the non-increasing returns-to-scale, 0.72 in the pure technical efficiency, 0.85 in the scale efficiency. The reasons of the overall technical inefficiency is caused by the technical inefficiency rather than the scale inefficiency.
As the results of the Tobit analysis, it was found that information and organization dummy variables to the overall technical efficiency were affected positively and significant statistically. This means that the overall technical efficiency high as the level of information in fishery wholesale industry high. And the overall technical efficiency is high in corporate firms than individual office and thus the type of operating company is important in the technical efficiency.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부산지역의 수산도매업체에 대해 정보화시스템의 구축여부에 따라 상대적 효율성이 어떻게 다르고 그 효율성 결정요인이 무엇인가를 분석하였다. 분석에 사용된 모형은 DEA와 Tobit 모형이다. 상대적 효율성을 분석한 결과, 전체 기술적 효율성은 0.59, 비체증 수익 조건하의 효율성은 0.60, 순수 기술적 효율성은 0.72, 규모의 효율성은 0.85로 나타났다. 전체 기술적 비효율성의 원인은 규모에 따른 비효율성보다 기술적인 비효율성에 기인한다.Tobit 분석결과 전체 기술적 효율성의 경우 정보화 더미변수와 조직더미변수의 경우 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치며 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 수산물 도매업체의 정보화수준이 높을수록 전체 효율성이 제고된다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 조직이 개인사업체 보다는 회사 법인일 경우 전체 기술적 효율성이 높아지는 것으로 나타나 기업경영 운용행태도 중요함을 알 수 있다.
