벽식 아파트의 리모델링 구조설계 = Structural Design for Remodeling of the Shear Wall-Type Apartment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, remodeling of the reinforce concrete apartment became hot issue of the housing policy in Korea. In Korea, the seismic design regulation has been established since 1988 in order minimize the economic losses. The main structure modeling executed seismic performance to apartment since remodeling about existing apartment of the 1980's. When seismic performance, analyzed lateral displacement change of modeling according to application availability of Effective Beam Width Method. As a result, lateral displacment of existing apartment did not satisfy internal examination standard regardless of application of Effective Beam Width Method, but lateral displacement that treat since remodeling satisfied internal examination standard. Also, lateral displacement of remodeling analysis that apply Effective Beam Width Method was analyzed in more safe side.
