경찰 · 경호학과 학생들의 현장실습 교육 만족도에 관한 연구 = Study of the Satisfaction on the Field Training of the Students of the Department of Police and Security Services

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 경찰·경호학과 학생들의 현장실습 교육에 대한 만족도를 조사ㆍ분석하여 이를 토대로 경찰·경호학과 학생들의 현장실습 교육에 대한 문제점을 알아보고 이에 대한 대책방안을 연구하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로 경찰·경호학과 학생들을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 심층면접을 통하여 설문지가 지닌 한계점을 보완하였다.
첫째, 현장실습에 대한 실습내용 및 교육에 대한 만족도를 분석한 결과 실습담당자는 현장실습에 대한 전문적인 지식이 부족 하거나 준비가 되지 않았다는 부정적이 내용이 더 많아 만족도가 낮게 나타났고, 현장실습과 전공수업과의 연계성 그리고 현장실습에 대한 졸업 후 취업의 연계성에 대해서도 그 만족도가 낮았다.
둘째, 현장실습에 대한 실습생의 인식 및 태도의 만족도를 분석한 결과 현장실습에 대한 적극성과 성실의 만족도는 낮게 나타났으며, 현장실습에 대한 사전 준비성도 부족한 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 현장실습담당자의 현장실습에 대한 인식 및 태도의 만족도를 분석한 결과 전반적으로 현장실습담당자의 실습생에 대한 관심정도 그리고 실습기관과 학교와의 적극적인 산학연계성에 만족도는 낮게 나타났다.
따라서 이 연구는 위의 연구 분석 결과 나타난 여러 가지 문제점을 다각도로 분석하여 향후 경찰·경호학과 학생들의 현장실습 교육이 현실성에 맞는 교육이 될 수 있는 대책방안에 대하여 논하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study shows the search and analysis of the satisfaction about the field training of the students of the department of Police and Security Services. On the basis of this research, we study the problems and resolutions of the field training. We survey students of the department of Police and Security Services and supplement the problems of the survey through the depth interview.
First, we analyze the satisfaction on the training contents and education and we get the negative result that the person in charge of the field training don't have professional information much. This study shows the low satisfaction in the connection of the field training and the major and the link of the field training and the career decision.
Second, we research the satisfaction on the understanding and attitude of students. Students didn't have active and sincere attitude and have the lack of readiness.
Third, we analyze the satisfaction on the understanding and attitude of the person in charge of the field training. The analysis shows that the persons in charge of the field training have low care about students and low satisfaction on the active connection of the training organization and school. So this study analyze the problems of upper result and research the solutions to meet the field training reality of the department of Police and Security Services.
