기관지 탄분섬유화증이 동반된 기관 골형성증: 증례 보고 = Tracheopathia Osteoplastica Associated with Anthracofibrosis: Case Report

Tracheopathia osteoplastica is a rare benign disorder of the trachea and major bronchi. It is characterized by
multiple cartilaginous or osseous submucosal nodules that project into the tracheobronchial lumen.
Awareness of the condition is important to avoid unnecessary surgery. We report here on the CT and bronchoscopic
findings of tracheopathia osteoplastica associated with anthracofibrosis in a 67-year old woman, and we
will then discuss our findings.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기관 골형성증은 기관 또는 주기관지 점막하층에서 연골, 뼈가 자라 기도 내강내로 돌출되는
것을 특징으로 하는 드문 양성 질환이다. 기관 골형성증의 정확한 진단은 기관내 종양들과 감
별진단이 필요하므로 중요하다. 저자들은 최근 기관지 탄분섬유화증(anthracofibrosis)이 동반
된 기관 골형성증의 1예를 경험하였에 특징적인 CT 와 기관지 내시경 소견을 함께 보고하고
자 한다.
