소규모 건설현장의 떨어짐 재해 감소방안에 관한 연구 = A Research on the Reduction Plan of Falling Accidents in Small Construction Sites

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 업무상 사고 재해자와 사망자가 가장 많은 공사금액 20억 원 미만 소규모 건설현장에서 떨어짐 재해를 줄이는 방안을 제시하여 전체 건설현장의 재해 감소하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 2015~2016년에 떨어짐 재해가 발생한 15개 현장을 대상으로 사례연구방법을 실시하여 떨어짐 재해가 발생한 현장의 소장을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과 안전보건교육(35건)이 가장 많은 영향을 주었으며, 그 다음으로 떨어짐 방지 안전시설(32건), 위험성평가(32건)으로 떨어짐 재해를 저감하는 방안의 3가지 요인 모두 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 근로자가 자발적으로 체험할 수 있는 교육, 떨어짐 재해 방지에 대한 설치기준과 정부지원 정책의 홍보 그리고 소규모 건설현장에 적용하기 쉽도록 위험성평가 간소화를 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: an attempt was made to contribute to the reduction of disasters in the entire construction site by presenting a plan to reduce the number of falling accidents in small construction sites with less than 2 billion won in construction amount which account for the most casualties and deaths in business-related disasters. Method: this research has adopted an analysis of case studies. For the purpose, I visited approximately 15 small construction sites with less than 2 billion won in construction amount where falling accidents occurred during 2015~2016 in XX area and conducted a series of field interviews with the site directors. Results: for a plan to reduce the number of falling accidents in small construction sites, such necessities as safety and health education of the workers, safety facilities for prevention of falling, and an improvement of the risk assessment system are required. Conclusion: proposals were made regarding the education that workers can experience voluntarily as a plan for reduction of disasters in small construction cites, the governmental policy that supports safety facilities to prevent falling, and simplification of the risk assessment.
