노인을 돌보는 보건복지 인력간 협력증진을 위한 교육프로그램의 효과검증 = The Effectiveness of the Interdisciplinary Collaboration Program for the Elderly

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a instruction program to help social workers and nurses improving their interdisciplinary collaboration.
Based on the ISD(Instructional Systems Design) model, The process of this program development is consists of four steps; needs analysis, competency analysis, design, development. The goal of this program was focused on improving the potentiality for the good relationship between nurses and social workers in the field. The program text on the web consists of three areas which are MOVIE, SLIDE, and INDEX.
A quasi-experimental research with one group before and after study was conducted. The subjects of this study consist of two groups, students group(89 people) and specialist group(16 people). Data that is used in this study, were collected by questionnaire.
The results of the study are as follows.
1. There was statistically significant difference of the will for collaboration in both groups after intervention with the instruction program. 2. There was statistically significant difference of the acceptableness on the shared duties in the student group. but, There was no significant difference of the acceptableness on the shared duties in the specialist group.
In conclusion, the instruction program used in this study is appropriate to promote the will for cooperation. if the contents of this instruction program upgrade further based upon applying of the results. it is considered as an effective tool to promote the collaboration between nurses and social workers in the field of community care for the elderly.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인을 돌보는 보건복지 인력간 협력증진을 위해 앞으로 일선에서 일하게 될 사회복지학과 및 노인복지학과 학생뿐 아니라 사회복지사 또는 간호사 자격을 가진 전문가를 대상으로 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구설계는 대조군이 없는 단일군 사전-사후 비교연구(one group before and after study)이며 학생집단 89명과 전문가집단 16명에 대한 분석이 이루어졌다. 보건복지 인력간 협력증진을 위한 교육프로그램은 ISD(Instructional Systems design)모델을 근간으로 요구분석, 직무과제분석, 설계, 개발의 단계를 밟았으며, 이 프로그램을 일개 사이버대학교 사이트에 2주간에 걸쳐 오픈하였다. 제공한 교육프로그램이 대상자의 보건복지협력의지 및 공유가능역할인식에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 학생집단의 경우 Paired T-test를, 전문가 집단의 경우 Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 학생집단의 경우에는 프로그램 중재 후에 보건복지협력의지가 증가하였으며, 공유가능역할인식에 있어 보다 열린 태도를 취한 것으로 통계적으로 입증되었다. 전문가 집단의 경우에는 프로그램 중재 후에 보건복지협력의지가 증가하였으나, 공유가능역할인식에 있어서는 프로그램 적용 전후의 차이가 통계적으로 입증되지 못하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 보건복지 인력간 협력증진을 위한 교육프로그램은 보건복지인력으로 하여금 분야간 협력에 대한 의지를 높이는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중재라고 볼 수 있으므로, 지역사회 노인실무 현장 뿐 아니라 대학교육부문에서도 적극 활용할 수 있으리라 기대한다.
