시민들의 자발적 결사체 참여가 기부 및 자원봉사에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회자본 관점에서, 유형별 결사체 참여와 개인들의 기부 및 자원봉사행위와의 관계를 분석하였다. 유형별 결사체참여는 크게 공익, 연고, 종교, 직능이익, 정치적 결사체 5가지 유형으로 구별하였다. 분석 자료는 서울시민을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 수집된 서울복지패널 자료를 활용하였으며, SPSS18 프로그램을 활용하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과, 공익, 연고, 종교, 직능이익 결사체는 기부에 정(+)적인 영향을, 정치결사체는 부(-)적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공익, 연고, 종교 결사체는 자원봉사행위에 정(+)적인 영향을, 정치결사체는 부(-)적인 영향을 나타내며, 직능이익결사체는 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study views the voluntary association engagement as one of the major social capitals, The voluntary association engagement is categorized into five subgroups (public, political, intimacy, religion, and business-interest group), and the impact of these associations on donations and volunteer activities are examined employing hierarchical multiple regression analysis method.
The results of this study shows that the level of individual donation is positively influenced by the participation level of public, intimacy, religion business-interest association, and negatively by that of political association. Also, the level of volunteer activities is positively influenced by the participation level of public, intimacy and religion group, and negatively by that of political group. The participation level of business-interest association shows no influence on the level of volunteer activities.
Overall, the findings of this study support previous research except for the fact that participation in political association negatively influences on donation and volunteer actives of individuals.
