국립공원 현황 및 국립공원관리자의 전문성 향상을 위한 제도적 방안

The purpose of this study is to understand the status and problems of the National Parks and present systematic measures to improve the professional skills of the management, and I would like to suggest that Korea needs a Park Management Leader Training System Course which can be acknowledged. Firstly, we in Korea, really need a 4 year Parking Major at a university level where good people can be educated, further more by opening a graduate school with this major, it should help skill people more professionally. Secondly, as a professional display we should study Parking as a basic subject, by establishing a high level educational institution, namely a university or graduate school which should be set up to an administrational, economical, historical level which will broaden the studying field content. Thirdly, the subject will not only be theory orientated but the content will be structured in such a way that it uses the latest and desirable technology, learning practically showing professionalism right away. Above all, Parking should become a professional major so the educational content should be more deeply researched. It is an urgent situation to train Professional Parking Leaders. The government should establish departments which acknowledges the qualifications of this major. Resulting in an increase in interest for this major, leading to a more actively study program. More and more people will become actively involved in each section and they can take charge improving the Parking recreational culture.
