      Modern manufacturing decision making tends to increase the level of its integration vertically from suppliers to consumers in its supply chain, and also to consider the global dispersion of manufacturing facilities and markets. On the perspective of the total system, this commands how to build up an optimal decision making system, which continuously and flexibly provides optimal manufacturing and logistics decisions on supply chain network, with no interruption in communicating information on all components of supply chains such as facilities, suppliers and markets. An issue in decision making on supply chain and logistics networks is that it is not easy to integrate all relevant data and information and to construct a decision making model using them because all components of the network have their own data and information relevant to the decision making and they are stored separately in their own ways. This paper suggests the necessity and methodology of the integration of data, rules, and constraints relating to a decision making. It uses the Ontology Web Language and its extension, the Semantic Web Constraint Language to define sharable data and constraints. Their uses facilitates the integration of dispersed data and information on a decision making in the supply chain network and the automatic construction of a decision making model for a supply chain network agent. This paper proposes the framework for the decision support system for a supply chain network agent and its process with examples of supply chain network optimization problem.
