도덕과 교육과 인권교육의 적정화 방안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 최근 관심을 끌고 있는 인권 교육이 학교 현장에서 적정하게 이루어지는 것을 모색하기 위함이다. 도덕과 교육은 인권 교육이 갖고 있는 권리 중심, 개인 중심, 급진성을 완화하는 기준을 제공할 수 있다. 그러한 원리들로 도덕률, 도덕과 교육의 성격과 목표 원리, 도덕과 교육의 방법적 원리, 심층생태 윤리학의 원리, 문화 상대주의의 원리, 실제성의 원리를 상정 할 수 있다. 이러한 한계 원리를 제시하는 것은 인권 교육을 제한하자는 의도라기보다 사회적 공감대를 수반한 인권 교육을 정착시키기 위함이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to build the propriety of human rights education in the school curriculum. In fact, Human rights education has somewhat radical, individual, rights-orientated traits. Moral education can moderate these traits. This paper has been studied principles of limit of these traits. First, we proposed moral principle of which representative sample is Golden Rule. Second, we proposed the principles of characteristics and objects of moral education. Third, we could find limit principle from moral education method. The Fourth, we proposed the principle of deep ecology ethics. This principle emphasizes coexistence between human and nature. The Fifth, we proposed the principle of cultural relativism. This principle emphasizes peculiarity of culture. The last, we proposed the principle of practices. These principles doesn't limit the human rights education, but moderate the human rights education. Under this presupposition, the human rights education need to be emphasize.
