한국 복지예산의 우선순위 결정 = Priority Decision of Welfare Budget in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There is a greater and greater interest in welfare due to the ageing society and row birth rate. Especially, South Korea shows faster movement than the other countries. So, this paper propose the standards of priority decision of welfare budget in South Korea. We use AHP analysis in this paper. According to the result, medical security and living wage parts should be prioritized. This means the government should take care of people`s livelihoods politically. Also, to take care of people`s livelihood, those people have to maintain healthy. For this, government should prioritize medical security part, too. In other words, the most efficient resource distribution is to keep people`s health by protecting minimum standard of living and medical security in given welfare budget.
