체육수업에서 초등교사의 자기-효능감 척도의 타당화 = Validation of Teachers' Self-efficacy Scale for Elementary School in Physical Education Classes

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 체육수업에서 자기-효능감 척도를 타당화 하기 위해 수행되었으며 J도에 재직하고 있는 727명의 교사를 대상으로 Dellinger 등(2008)의 교사자기-효능감(Teachers' Self-efficacy Scale) 척도를 바탕으로 체육수업에 맞게 구조화하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 초등학교 교사의 체육수업 자기-효능감의 하위요인은 수업분위기 조성과 동기유발, 목표설정, 학습루틴의 세 개 하위요인이 추출되었다. 척도의 타당도 지수를 나타내는 전반적인 모델의 부합도 지수인 GFI, CFI 및 NFI 등에서 .90이상인 것으로 나타나 양호한 타당도를 보였으며 신뢰도를 분석한 결과 ɑ = .82~.93으로 높게 나타났다. 변별타당도를 분석하기 위해 성별에 따른 교사 집단 간 체육수업 자기-효능감을 비교한 결과 목표설정과 수업루틴에서 남자교사가 여자교사에 비해 높게 나타났고, 교육경력별 집단 간에는 5~10년 미만의 경력교사가 다른 집단에 비해 수업분위기 조성과 동기유발, 목표설정, 수업루틴에서 높게 나타났다. 담임교사와 전담교사 간 비교에서는 목표설정과 수업루틴에서 전담교사가 담임교사에 비해 높게 나타났다.
