    This study attempts to inquire into the accomplice and standing in criminal law. It is very difficult to interpret §33 of criminal law because of vagueness of the wording of the section. Therefore there are many opposing traditional theories about it, and new theories appear against them.
    After examining the traditional and new theories on the interpretation of criminal law §33, the author present the amendment of criminal law §33.
    The contents of this paper is composed of the introduction to present the problems of the aspects in criminal law §33, the notion & classification of standing in criminal law, the interpretation of criminal law §33 and the conclusion of this study.
    Finally the author emphasizes on the amendment of criminal law §33.
