국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 일상생활활동에 문제를 가지고 있는 취학 전 자폐성 장애 아동을 대상으로, 무게감 있는 조끼를 착용한 실험군과 일반적인 감각통합치료를 받고 있는 대조군의 실험 전과 실험 후를 비교하여 취학 전 자폐성 장애 아동의 일상생활활동에 무게감 있는 조끼가 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 중재는 1주에 2회 20분씩 10주 20회 실시하였으며, 일상생활 기능과 관련된 항목들로 구성되어 있는 장애아동 평가도구인 소아장애평가법(PEDI)를 사용하여 실험군과 대조군의 실험 전과 실험 후의 전체 평가 점수의 차이와 영역별 점수를 비교하였다. 그 결과 실험군과 대조군의 일상생활활동에서의 실험전과 실험후의 평균 변화량의 차이 비교에서 기능적 기술 영역과 보호자 도움 영역에서 기능적인 향상을 보였고, 일상생활활동의 하위영역에 대한 실험전과 실험후 평균 변화량의 차이 비교에서는 먹기 영역과 몸 단정히 하기 영역에서 기능적인 향상을 보였다.
