物權行爲에 관한 小考 = A Study on the act of the real right.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

According to the viewpoint of transaction actuality, we have different opinions about whether we admit the individuality and the abstract of the act of the real right or not.
Both the opinion to admit it's individuality and it's abstract and the opinion to deny them are searching for the basis in the transaction actuality. Nowadays, in the transaction of the real right, it is the common people's sences about the law that once we make a contract we come to an agreement about the ownership transfer. Therfore, we don't have to admit the individuality and the abstract of the act of the real right.
