사회복지관 이용 노인의 여가만족도와 심리적복지감 = 사회적지지의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인의 심리적복지감에 대한 여가만족도와 사회적지지의 영향력을 파악하고, 사회적지지가 여가만족도와 심리적복지감 간의 관계를 매개하는지를 살펴보았다. 조사는 2015년 7월∼8월에 걸쳐 종합사회복지관을 이용하는 서울시 거주 만 65세 이상 노인 300을 대상으로 실시되었고, 기초통계분석은 PASW Statistics 21.0으로, 구조방정식 모형검증은 AMOS 21.0을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 본 연구에서 설정한 인과모형의 적합도 지수는 통계적으로 적절하였으며, 특히 사회적지지는 여가만족도가 심리적복지감에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 노인의 심리적복지감을 높이기 위해 적절한 여가활동 촉진 및 여가만족도 증진, 그리고 노인을 둘러싼 다양한 사회적지지를 강화하는 전략이 모색될 필요가 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research seeks the effects of social support to elderly people’s psychological well-being and to find the mediating effects of social support between psychological well-being and leisure satisfaction. The survey was conducted between July and August of 2015, to 300 elderly people living in Seoul, over 65 years of age, who use community welfare center. Basic statistical analysis was done with PASW Statistics 21.0, and structural equation model verification was conducted with AMOS 21.0.
According to the analysis, the causality model set in this research was fit for the goodness of fit, and especially, social support had partial mediation effect between leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being. Thus, to increase psychological well-being, social support and leisure programs of the elderly should be found.
