      The purpose of this thesis is that we should a variety of kindergarten autonomic supervision in force and we should find the ideal and proper model of autonomic supervision. The concept of supervision is defined as the improvement of educational field in oder to maximize the educational effect by means of leading the way, advice and support rather than restraint. So supervision has an influence on the behavior of teachers related to teaching and improves the curriculum and reconstructs the educational surroundings finally it is focused on the improvement of learner`s behavior. The definition of kindergarten autonomic supervision is that a principal and a vice principal and teachers try to improve the educational behavior in each kindergarten. Kindergarten autonomic supervision have six characteristics of the kindergarten -centered, sutonomity, cooperation, diversity, continuity and self-development. The types of kindergarten autonomic supervision are clinical supervision, colleague supervision, self supervision and new concept of human resource supervision, school supervision and informational communication supervision. In our country it is improper to follow the established supervision system applied by elementary and middle and high schools because one class kindergartens consist of 50 as a whole. In view of this circumstance, the proper type of autonomic supervision is `the self-supervision by means of informational communication media`. The definition of self-supervision by means of informational communication media is that a teacher in charge of the class plans educational activity (Plan P) and does the educational activity (Do : D) and sees the educational material taught by himself by means of tape recorder, video recorder (See : S) and tries to improve educational field. And when it is necessary to discuss the problems which result from P - D - S process with other teachers, it is a good device to go into informational communication network and to be helped by many colleagues, supervisors and consultants. This activity is performed by any size of kindergarten as well as a large kindergarten. Especially it is performed efficiently by a small size kindergarten such as one class kindergarten. The demerits which is found by this activity should be corrected in oder to acquire high quality teaching & learning. The merits that can be considered good techniques, contents and materials should be generalized and accepted by other kindergartens under the same circumstance. And the followings should be arranged in order to help supervision activity by means of informational communication media. Firstly, it is necessary to acquire new technological skills applied to new supervision activity. Secondly, it is necessary to have equipments applied to communication evolution including Edunet and Internet. Thirdly, it is necessary to develop softwares that help supervision activity properly and timely. Fourth, it is necessary to have training course in order to new supervision system such as material storage, material transmit, video and audio technique for a long distance supervision. Fifthly, it is necessary to employ a policy in order to make the informational communication system to discuss the problems with teachers and education institutes and universities.
